Fresh, lively, strawberries, lifted and full of flavour – Rosé at its best.   Made from Cinsault, Grenache and Mataro in the Saignee method of bleeding off the skins and then cool fermented to dryness.  This wine is dedicated to the soul mates we have in our life – without them life would be very different.
