Founded in 1996 Para Creek represents the traditional winemaking of the Barossa while while expressing the unique flavours and characteristics of each individual vineyard blended to perfection.
The hand, like this wine, represents the worker of the vine, the mark of the maker, the strength and fullness of heart. Traditionally hand made using premium Barossa Valley Shiraz grapes from across the region. Hand crafted to ensure purity of fruit characters, depth of flavour and rich, long finish. Aged in a combination of French and American oak hogsheads then carefully bottled. Enjoy over the next five years with richly flavoured meals.
